Spin Flash Super Heated Steam Drying

Spin flash super heated steam drying especially suitable for pastes and slurries that are dried to powder. The raw material is homogenized in the feed tank with a vertical agitator. Tangentially directed super-heated steam together with vertical rotary disintegrator provides optimal distribution and disintegration of feed. The product is separated by the cyclone. The larger ones return to the chamber to be disintegrated and dried continuously, until they achieve the desired moisture content. SHS with moisture of material dried is exhausted by draught fan; part of SHS is separated to be reused for others or being recovered; and remained SHS is reheated and sent to the spin flash dryer.
