Pneumatic Dryer


  
Working Principle:
It adopts an advanced pulsed heat transfer method, changing the relative velocity between material and heat medium so as to enhance the heat & mass transfer process. The material first enters a smaller pipe, where the air current flows at a high velocity and causes the granules to move at an accelerated speed. At the end of the accelerated movement, the pipe expands suddenly. Because of inertia, the velocity of granules is greater than that of the air current. In the moving process, because of the air current resistance, the velocity of granules decreases. Then the pipe diameter is reduced suddenly, the granules are speeded up again. Repeated accelerations and decelerations cause that the relative velocity and heat transfer area between hot air stream and the granules is bigger which enhances heat and mass transfer rate. The dried granules are collected by a separator.

Characteristics:
Short drying time, dewatering takes place within 0.5-3 seconds, heat efficiency is higher, there is no overheating, the drying process is highly automated. The products have good quality.
High drying capacity. Its evaporation capacity is from 25 kg H2O/h to 2000 kgH2O/h.
It has a simple structure, occupies small area, and needs less investment.
It is widely used for drying powdery, pasty and caky materials.
Depending on heat sensitivity of drying materials, steam, electricity, air heating kiln, flue gases kiln and  boiler of flue gas heat recovery can be chosen by the user as a heat source. Temperature range of hot air is from 120 to 780°C.

Shock-resistant ACR, rubber additives, biological feed, PVC, amylum, fish meal, salt, feed, mineral powder, coal powder, polypropylene, sodium sulfate, sodium pyrosulfite, benzoic acid, gluten, plastic resins, ASC, 2,3-acid, hyminal, ABS resins, hydrated silica, oxalic acid activator, M accelerator, accelerant, deposit char powder, para-amino-salicylate、terephthalate, titania, active carbon, sodium silicofluoride, fluorite mine, silica gel powder, synthetic resins, calcium sulfoacid、polypropylene resins, aureomycin, mesosilicate, glucose、sodium sulfate, pyrites, phosphorite powder, blue BB, acheomycin, ferric oxide, calcium phosphate, ilmenite, copper mine, potato powder, stearate, corn gluten powder, medicines, alcohol dregs.
