Soda Ash Calcining System

Working Principle:
Fluidized bed dryer with in-bed heat exchanger is an advanced drying technique based on normal fluidized bed drying and indirect conduction type drying. It uses a pipe type heat exchanger in the fluidized bed, applies fluidization technique, enhances heat transfer of solid particles and thermal medium and improves drying efficiency and drying capacity.

Special Drying/Cooling Equipment for Soda Ash Dense--GLWN Type Fluidized Bed Dryer with In-bed Heat Exchanger:
Drying and cooling of soda ash dense are completed in one system. A special design for drying/cooling of soda ash has been proposed. The hot and cold air for soda ash drying/cooling is supplied by both in-bed heat exchanger and a cooling air system. Additionally, the cooling system has the function of an air classifier for soda ash dense.


Characteristics:
1. Efficiency in energy saving is high. Most heat is provided by the in-bed heat exchanger with the efficiency about 90%, hot air is used mainly to ensure normal fluidization, the quantity of hot air is much less than that needed by conventional fluidized bed; power consumption and heat losses of the exhaust air are accordingly reduced, resulting in higher drying efficiency.
2. As gas flow velocity in the system is lower than that in the conventional fluidized bed, so the material being entrained from the fluidized bed by the air is reduced significantly, the load of the dedusting system is reduced and the environmental protection is improved correspondingly.
3. Use of a special air distributor to prevent material leaking.
4. Easy to install, simple to operate, inexpensive to maintain.
 
Special Calcining Equipment for Soda Ash Light--GLWN Type Fluidized Bed Dryer with In-bed Heat Exchanger:
A special design for calcination of soda ash light is offered. Heat required for soda ash calcination is supplied by both in-bed heat exchanger and air system. The equipment has high thermal efficiency and occupies small area. It suits the expansion of the factory.
                                        
 
Special Cooling  Equipment for Soda Ash Dense --GLWN Type Fluidized Bed Dryer with In-bed Heat Exchanger:
A special design for cooling of soda ash is offered. Cooling capacity required for soda ash cooling is supplied by both in-built heat exchanger and cooling air. The equipment has high thermal efficiency and occupies small area. Additionally, the cooling system has the function of an air classifier for soda ash.

Characteristics:
Reliable technology, large operation flexibility and stable system operation.
Cooling air of fluidized bed can separate fine particles and play the role of an air classifier.
Special air distributor can prevent material leakage and be favorable for discharge of large particle materials.
The applied two-stage dedusting system satisfies environmental protection requirements concerning emissions.
