Gypsum Board

Description

As a new generation of green building material, paper-coated gypsum board is featured by energy conservation and high added value. Compared with the conventional or other new building materials, it is characterized by lightweight, high strength, low shrinkage, fireproofing, sound blocking, moisture adjuster, handleability in construction and installation, short period of construction and less labor and cost.

The integrated equipment for production of paper-coated gypsum board developed by our institute with “high-efficient drying technique” has the advantages of less investment, high automation level, low energy consumption. The Steam Tube Rotary Dryer/Calcinator supplied by us can ensure a continuous and high-quality production of gypsum powder, being the ideal solution for gypsum production. In addition, the bag filter keeps the off-gas as clean as required for emission standard. The proposed drying system for paper-coated gypsum board production will bring good economic and environment benefits.
 
 
 
The application of green technology and the energy-saving, high-efficient equipment which is advanced internationally, can satisfy the production scale of 10--40 million sqm/a.
The instruments for testing and measurement can meet some national testing and measurement standards, such as USA (ASTM C1396-06), Europe (BSEN520-04), and international standard ISO6308.
